Our Pinot Nouveau is your classic chilled red. Super fruity, vibrant and easy drinking for those warm days and evenings. It’s all cherries, strawberries and raspberries with some beautifully soft floral jasmine notes.
Winemaking notes
Produced using destemmed whole berries, which underwent natural fermentation. We poured the juice over by hand, without any pump overs or plunging. Fruit was foot crushed then basket pressed to tank. Wine was then racked by gravity twice then bottled unfined and unfiltered. Hand bottled by us. No added sulphites. Vegan friendly.
Serve chilled!
